The Grayfab tubular crash beams are made from .090 wall dom tubing and 3/16” base plates 100% tig welded. The bolt pattern on the base plates have been enlarged to allow people with bent or tweaked frame rails to still align the core support/headlight assemblies properly. The tubular crash beam sits 3.75” off the base plate and from the bar to the ac condenser it sits 4” exactly. Which means you can find tons of Intercoolers to fit behind this crash beam with absolutely no issues.
